Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Team Members to join our vibrant team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the luxury hospitality sector with the added benefit of comprehensive visa sponsorship and accommodation. We are recruiting across various essential operational roles including Waiter/Waitress, Hotel Housekeeping, Hotel Cleaner, and Kitchen Helper. While some roles may prefer prior experience, we also welcome candidates for Kitchen Helper positions with no prior experience who possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You will be an integral part of ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and our hotel maintains its immaculate standards, contributing directly to the unforgettable experiences we offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in dining areas, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, adhering strictly to Rosewood's high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, basic cooking tasks, cleaning, and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring all needs are met with professionalism.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting for Waiter/Waitress, and Housekeeping roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the hotel operations.
• Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, French, German, Russian, Mandarin) are a significant advantage.
