Job Description

Sysco Canada is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Factory Production Associates in Calgary, Alberta. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform various tasks on the production line, including assembly, packaging, and quality control.
  • Inspect products for quality defects and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Load and unload materials and products, assisting with inventory management as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications
