Job Description

We are actively seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our fulfillment network, responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and stow products in designated locations accurately and efficiently.
• Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Pack and label shipments correctly, preparing them for delivery.
• Operate various equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided as needed).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying temperatures.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
