We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Analyst to join our dynamic financial services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth risk assessments, developing sophisticated risk models, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and analyses across various financial products and services.
• Develop, validate, and maintain quantitative risk models (e.g., credit risk, market risk, operational risk).
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and produce regular risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Identify emerging risks and trends, and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business units to implement effective risk controls and ensure adherence to risk policies.
• Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to assess potential impacts on the firm's financial health.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the firm's overall risk governance framework and risk culture.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and risk modeling techniques.
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SAS, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or PRM.
• Experience with large datasets and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks.
• Proven track record of presenting complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
