Join the Amazon Logistics team as a Warehouse Order Assembler in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our fulfillment center operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling customer orders. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production goals. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
- Receive, store, and distribute products within the warehouse, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Perform quality checks on products and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and operational goals.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
