Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Retail Stock Associate to join our vibrant team in Manchester. In this role, you will be crucial to maintaining an organised and efficient stockroom, ensuring our sales floor is always well-stocked and presented beautifully. You’ll work closely with the sales team to support daily operations, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position is ideal for someone meticulous, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organise incoming merchandise shipments.
- Efficiently stock shelves and display areas according to company merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe stockroom environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and manage stock levels.
- Process product returns and exchanges.
- Support the sales team with product retrieval and customer assistance as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 kg.
