Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
• Store items in designated warehouse locations using scanners and other equipment.
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse shelves.
• Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product safety during transit.
• Load and unload trucks, assisting with the movement of goods.
• Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (approximately 22 kg) with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.
• Basic computer navigation skills for using handheld scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a physical labor role or fast-paced environment (e.g., retail, food service) is a plus but not required.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
