We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our packaging team as General Labor – Packaging Specialists at our busy distribution centre in Trafford Park, Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated candidates looking to start a career in logistics and supply chain, with no prior experience required. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are correctly packed, labelled, and prepared for distribution, contributing directly to our commitment to delivering fresh and high-quality goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various general labor tasks within the packaging department.
• Accurately sort, pack, and label products according to company standards and client specifications.
• Operate basic packaging machinery and tools after receiving appropriate training.
• Conduct quality checks on packaged goods to ensure products meet required standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counting and stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Lift and move packages weighing up to 25kg when required.
