Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support to various departments within RBC. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to manage your schedule while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient with a variety of digital tools and platforms. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle email correspondence, filtering, and responding as appropriate.
- Conduct online research and compile information as requested.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports as needed.
- Support special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingualism preferred for Montreal location).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with financial services industry terminology and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
