Job Description

Stellantis is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Factory Workers at our state-of-the-art Windsor Assembly Plant. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated candidates with no prior experience to kickstart a career in the automotive manufacturing sector. You will be an integral part of our production line, responsible for various tasks that contribute to the assembly of high-quality vehicles. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform repetitive tasks on the assembly line, adhering to standardized work instructions.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and components to ensure specifications are met.
  • Load and unload materials and products from machines and conveyors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is an asset but not required.
  • Familiarity with automotive assembly processes.
  • Forklift certification is an asset.
