Job Description
Stellantis is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Factory Workers at our state-of-the-art Windsor Assembly Plant. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated candidates with no prior experience to kickstart a career in the automotive manufacturing sector. You will be an integral part of our production line, responsible for various tasks that contribute to the assembly of high-quality vehicles. Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform repetitive tasks on the assembly line, adhering to standardized work instructions.
- Conduct quality checks on products and components to ensure specifications are met.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines and conveyors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with automotive assembly processes.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
