Job Description

As a Food Manufacturing Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the production and packaging of our high-quality food products. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet Nestlé’s stringent quality and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging.
• Load raw materials and ingredients into machines as per production schedules.
• Package finished products according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene regulations.

Required Skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.

• Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
