Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Reno, Nevada. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of our rental property operations, playing a crucial role in connecting tenants with their ideal homes and assisting landlords in effectively marketing and managing their properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a strong understanding of the local rental market. You will manage a portfolio of properties, conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless letting process from initial inquiry to tenancy commencement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties, maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Negotiate tenancy terms and conditions, ensuring all agreements comply with legal requirements.
- Prepare all necessary tenancy documentation, including contracts and inventories.
- Advise landlords on market trends, property presentation, and rental valuations.
- Liaise with maintenance teams for any property repair or upkeep requirements.
- Actively seek new business opportunities to expand the rental property portfolio.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the real estate sector.
