Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content across various social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and terms of service.
• Engage with users directly through chat, responding to inquiries, providing support, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates policies, including removing inappropriate material, issuing warnings, or escalating complex cases.
• Maintain detailed records of moderation actions and user interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving platform policies, community standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve moderation processes and content guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive online environment for all users.
