Job Description
As a Remote Short Video Reviewer at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our platform. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from your home office within the UK. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated short video content against TikTok’s Community Guidelines and policies. This involves identifying and acting upon content that violates standards related to hate speech, misinformation, graphic violence, harassment, and other prohibited categories. Your meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment will directly contribute to a positive and secure user experience for millions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated short video content according to established Community Guidelines and policies.
- Accurately classify and tag content violations, taking appropriate action such as removal or escalation.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in content review, consistently meeting performance targets.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving policy changes and guideline updates.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent application of policies.
