You will be at the forefront of crafting engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences, driving brand loyalty and measurable results. You will collaborate closely with our strategy, social, and creative teams to integrate UGC seamlessly into comprehensive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive user-generated content (UGC) strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Identify, engage with, and build relationships with content creators and communities to source high-quality, authentic UGC.
  • Curate, edit, and optimize user-generated content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and legal compliance.
  • Monitor UGC performance, analyze key metrics, and generate insights to inform future content strategies and campaign optimizations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UGC, social media, and digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including social media managers, strategists, and creative designers to integrate UGC into broader marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and how UGC performs on each.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
  • Proficiency in content editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) is a plus.
