Job Description

Join the dynamic team at Live Nation Entertainment as Festival Staff and play a crucial role in bringing exceptional live events to life in Wimbledon. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including signage, staging, and vendor areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting attendees with inquiries, directions, and general support.
  • Manage access control points, checking tickets and credentials efficiently.
  • Monitor designated areas for safety and security, reporting any issues to supervisors.
  • Support waste management and site cleanliness efforts throughout the event.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members and supervisors to ensure a cohesive team effort.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with crowd management and maintain orderly queues.
