Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic food and beverage team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional drink service to guests in our various outlets, including bars, restaurants, and event spaces. This role requires a strong understanding of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will craft delicious beverages, engage with guests, and ensure the bar area is always clean, well-stocked, and inviting. We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, offering recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as liquor laws and regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene responsibly when necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest service.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies.
• Set up and break down bar stations for service periods and special events.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• TIPS or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Knowledge of local craft beers and specialty spirits.
• Basic understanding of food pairing with beverages.
