Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Content Scheduler to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the flow of content across various platforms and channels, ensuring timely publication and alignment with our strategic marketing goals. The Content Scheduler will work closely with content creators, marketing managers, and channel owners to maintain a consistent content calendar and uphold brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the master content calendar for all marketing and communications initiatives.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and subject matter experts to ensure content is developed, approved, and delivered on schedule.
- Schedule and publish content across various digital platforms, including web, social media, email, and internal communications, using relevant content management systems (CMS) and scheduling tools.
- Monitor content performance metrics and assist in generating reports to inform future content strategy.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and editorial standards prior to publication.
- Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate content review and approval processes with stakeholders.
- Support the content team with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in content scheduling, content coordination, or project management within a marketing or communications department.
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress) and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
