This is a 100% remote position based in Germany, offering the flexibility to work from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze user-generated content (videos, images, text, audio) to determine compliance with Meta's community standards and policies.
• Apply content moderation guidelines consistently and with high accuracy.
• Identify and escalate complex content issues or emerging trends to specialized teams.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on policy changes and product developments.
• Collaborate with team members and leads to ensure a cohesive and effective moderation workflow.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while handling sensitive and potentially disturbing content.

Required Skills

• Strong ethical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in content.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and German (native or fluent).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Comfortable working with sensitive, graphic, or offensive content on a daily basis.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple tools and systems simultaneously.
• Resilience and emotional intelligence to manage the emotional demands of the role.
