Job Description
As a Virtual User Support Representative at Bell Canada, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional technical support and assistance for a wide range of Bell products and services. Working from the comfort of your home, you will troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to a leading Canadian company from anywhere in Nova Scotia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-call resolution for customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot internet, TV, home phone, and wireless service problems.
- Guide customers through setup, activation, and usage of Bell products and services.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when necessary.

Required Skills

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Strong empathy and active listening skills.
