Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Records Clerk. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in information management, office administration, or public service. As a Digital Records Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our digital records, supporting the efficient operation of our departments. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Digitize physical records using scanning equipment and document management software.
- Organize, classify, and index digital documents according to established protocols and policies.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of digital records, performing quality checks regularly.
- Assist with retrieving and distributing digital information to authorized personnel upon request.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to all records management policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and file maintenance.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with digital records systems.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
