Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers with various graphic design projects, from concept to completion.
• Develop and prepare visual materials for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and websites.
• Create and refine presentations, brochures, and other print collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
• Perform image editing, retouching, and manipulation as required.
• Manage and organize design files and assets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software advancements.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and offer fresh perspectives.

Required Skills

• Basic proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications

• A foundational portfolio (can include student projects, personal work, or mock-ups).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
