Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Cloud Services Clerk to join our dynamic team in Egbeda, Lagos. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the technology sector, particularly with an interest in cloud computing environments. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Cloud Services department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of our cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records related to cloud service subscriptions, usage, and billing.
  • Assist with the documentation and organization of cloud infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
  • Monitor basic cloud service health indicators and report anomalies to senior team members.
  • Handle and route internal inquiries and support requests related to cloud services.
  • Support the Cloud Services team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of cloud-related processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of cloud technologies and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
