Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Subscription Services Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting the efficient management and excellent customer service for our diverse range of subscription-based products. As a Subscription Services Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience, from initial sign-up to renewal and beyond. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to subscriptions via email, chat, and phone.

- Maintain accurate customer records and subscription data within our CRM systems.
