Job Description
Meta Platforms is seeking a passionate and driven Entry-Level Remote Content & Community Specialist to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to start their career in social media and online community management. You will play a crucial role in engaging with our user communities, moderating content, and helping to foster a positive and inclusive online environment. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Kitui, Kenya, and collaborate with colleagues across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various Meta platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
- Engage actively with online communities, responding to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the creation and curation of engaging content (e.g., social media posts, articles, FAQs) for community use.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or trends within the community to relevant internal teams.
- Assist in organizing and executing online community events and campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of community strategies and engagement initiatives.
- Report on community sentiment, growth, and key metrics.
Required Skills
