Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Remote Subscription Services Assistant to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our subscribers, managing their accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience with our digital and print products. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while being an integral part of a leading media organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service via email, chat, and phone regarding subscription inquiries, billing, and technical issues.
  • Manage subscriber accounts, including activations, modifications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Troubleshoot access issues for digital subscriptions and guide users through platform features.
  • Process payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tech support, editorial) to ensure timely resolution of subscriber concerns.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of subscription service processes and customer satisfaction.
