Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics & Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for an English-speaking individual to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, from receiving and storage to order fulfillment and dispatch. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming shipments.
• Organize and store goods efficiently within the warehouse, ensuring proper inventory management.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to established procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper training and certification.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper documentation.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication) is mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems and data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift certification).
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience with international shipping and receiving processes.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures in a logistics setting.
