Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activities, providing insights to the team.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions under supervision.
  • Support the team in developing social media strategies and campaigns for clients.
  • Assist with data collection and basic reporting on social media performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
