Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, categorize, and rename digital files and documents accurately according to predefined naming conventions and protocols.

  • Conduct regular audits of file structures to identify and correct any discrepancies, outdated information, or misfiled documents.
  • Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks as required, supporting various departmental needs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations and company policies regarding sensitive information.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote team members using various communication and collaboration tools to streamline workflows.
  • Respond to document retrieval requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely access to necessary information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of file management processes and procedures.

Required Skills
