Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual App Usability Tester to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive usability testing on pre-release and released applications across various platforms (mobile, web, desktop).

- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on application interfaces, features, and overall user flows.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on user experience from a testing perspective.
- Adhere to established testing protocols and methodologies.
- Collaborate asynchronously with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure feedback is understood and acted upon.
- Suggest improvements to application design, navigation, and functionality based on user-centered principles.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in usability testing and user experience.
- Manage multiple testing assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using and troubleshooting mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop operating systems.
- Ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with various web browsers and their developer tools.

- Experience with bug tracking or project management software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
