Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via online chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and workarounds.
  • Document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical support or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, technical changes, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating various software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingualism preferred for Quebec).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
