Job Description
Join the Richardson International team as a General Farm Hand in Brandon, Manitoba! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in the agricultural sector, as no prior experience is required. We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to contribute to the daily operations of our farm. You will be an integral part of our team, learning various aspects of farm work, from equipment operation to general maintenance and crop management. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with crop planting, cultivation, and harvesting activities.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Perform general farm maintenance tasks, including fencing, grounds keeping, and repairs.
- Participate in animal care duties, if applicable to the farm's operations.
- Support irrigation systems setup and maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on the farm.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings and work areas.
