Dentsu International is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to join our team, specifically supporting our clients’ burgeoning podcast and YouTube channels. This is an excellent beginner-friendly opportunity for someone eager to learn the ropes of digital content management and grow within a dynamic global agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and coordination for podcast interviews and YouTube content shoots.
- Assist with basic audio and video editing tasks (e.g., cutting intros/outros, adding music/graphics, transcribing audio for captions).
- Upload and publish podcast episodes to hosting platforms and YouTube videos.
- Write compelling show notes, video descriptions, and social media captions.
- Conduct research on trending topics, guest speakers, and YouTube keywords.
- Monitor comments and engagement across platforms and report key insights.
- Organize and maintain digital files for various content projects.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth content production workflows.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A genuine interest in podcasts, YouTube, and digital content creation.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (e.g., Libsyn, Anchor, Buzzsprout).
- Experience with basic video editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, iMovie, CapCut) or audio editing software (e.g., Audacity).
- Understanding of SEO principles for YouTube and general content.
