Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant for Client Services to join our remote team. This part-time role is crucial for maintaining seamless communication and support for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will be an integral part of our client success, providing administrative and technical assistance from a remote setting. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and virtual events for clients and internal teams.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- Provide technical support for basic client inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary.

- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Experience with CRM software and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
