Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Email & Data Processing Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our operations from anywhere within Yau Tsim Mong, Hong Kong. You will be responsible for managing incoming email communications, processing data efficiently, and maintaining accurate records within our systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage a dedicated inbox, categorizing and prioritizing incoming emails.
  • Extract and input data from various sources into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
  • Verify data for errors and inconsistencies, performing corrections as needed.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on processed data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments via virtual channels.
  • Adhere to company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
