Job Description

RWS Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for Transcription Services to join our global team. This is a 100% remote, part-time position where you will play a crucial role in converting audio and video files into accurate written text for a variety of projects. You will work with diverse content, supporting our clients’ communication needs across various industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe audio and video recordings into written text, maintaining a high level of fidelity to the original content.
  • Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and clarity.

  • Manage and organize assigned audio/video files and completed transcripts efficiently.

Required Skills
