Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our transcription services team. This 100% remote role involves managing transcription projects, ensuring quality control, liaising with transcribers, and providing administrative support to optimize workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for accuracy and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage transcription projects from inception to completion.
- Perform quality assurance checks on transcribed documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with transcribers to assign tasks, provide feedback, and resolve issues.
- Assist with client inquiries related to transcription projects.

Required Skills
