Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Virtual Twitter/X Community Assistant to join our digital marketing team. This is a 100% remote position. You will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our online community on the X (formerly Twitter) platform, ensuring positive engagement, swift issue resolution, and brand advocacy. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and engage with community discussions on X in real-time, responding to comments, mentions, and direct messages promptly and professionally.

- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content (tweets, polls, threads) in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key community metrics and trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online environment, encouraging user-generated content and active participation.
- Stay updated with the latest X platform features, trends, and best practices in community management.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing social media communities, specifically on Twitter/X.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to craft concise and engaging messages.
- Deep understanding of social media etiquette, trends, and platform functionalities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to community engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also being a strong team player.
