Job Description
Join the Mortenson team as a Construction General Laborer and contribute to exciting projects in the Milwaukee area. This role is crucial for supporting our construction crews, maintaining a safe and organized worksite, and ensuring projects progress efficiently. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the construction industry. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites.
- Load, unload, and move building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare work sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Required Skills
