Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dynamic team in Kansas City, Missouri. This unique opportunity is open to qualified international dentists requiring visa sponsorship to practice in the U.S. As a Dentist with Heartland Dental, you will be responsible for providing a full range of general dental services, including diagnoses, treatment planning, and comprehensive patient care. You will work in a modern, well-equipped practice supported by a dedicated administrative and clinical team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering outstanding oral healthcare. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide a wide array of general dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and preventative care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and care.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing dental practice.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in dentistry.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
Required Skills
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
- Eligibility for state licensure in Missouri (guidance provided for visa sponsorship candidates).
- Proven clinical experience in general dentistry.
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interaction.
