Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar & Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team in Hamburg. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, possess excellent English communication skills, and are eager to provide outstanding service to an international clientele. You will be an integral part of our food and beverage operations, ensuring a memorable dining and bar experience for all guests. While German language skills are not required, a willingness to engage with diverse guests and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant areas.
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (verbal communication)
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting (minimum 1 year)
