As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive brand experience. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere in British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
