Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Content Moderators to join our rapidly growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and terms of service. This is an immediate opening for a fully remote position, with various shifts available to accommodate different schedules. You will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and positive online environment for millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content including videos, images, and text, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Identify and escalate content that violates policies, including hate speech, misinformation, graphic violence, and inappropriate material.
• Make consistent and accurate decisions based on complex policy guidelines.
• Provide feedback to improve internal tools and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with policy changes and product updates.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a cohesive moderation strategy.

Required Skills
