Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Overland Park, Kansas. This critical role is responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most strategic healthcare clients, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction with Oracle Health solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention goals.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within assigned accounts, including C-suite executives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Oracle Health solutions, aligning with client strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, services, support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management for assigned accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client-specific challenges to proactively address needs.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, or business development, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its technological challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) solutions or similar EMR/EHR platforms.
