Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operational aspects of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B).
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing feedback, resolving issues, and implementing service improvements.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and identify revenue-generating opportunities to achieve profitability targets.
- Implement and enforce all company policies, brand standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract new business.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
