Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment. No German language skills are required for this particular role, as all interactions will be in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding products, services, orders, and accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, web browsers).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry.
