Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Airport Customer Service Professionals to join our dynamic team in Munich, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of Lufthansa, providing exceptional service to our diverse passenger base. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and pleasant travel experience for all our customers, representing the Lufthansa brand with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and general airport services.
  • Address passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and de-escalate challenging situations with empathy and efficiency.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, passengers with reduced mobility, and those requiring additional support.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations while maintaining a focus on customer care.
  • Collaborate closely with airline and airport staff to ensure seamless operations and optimal passenger flow.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional conduct at all times.

Required Skills

  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment.

Preferred Qualifications
