Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join our team in Hamburg. You will provide first-line technical support to our internal employees, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and applications. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, including setting up new user accounts and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT equipment and systems.
- Educate users on IT best practices and security awareness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and documentation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
