Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Airport Ground Staff team in Sharjah. This entry-level position is perfect for those looking to start a career in the aviation industry, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth. As Airport Ground Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our flights and providing excellent service to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including baggage handling and seat assignments.
  • Provide clear and concise information to passengers regarding flight schedules, gates, and general airport inquiries.
  • Guide passengers through security and boarding processes.
  • Handle passenger complaints and inquiries with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for flights is processed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with flight crews, baggage handlers, and other airport personnel to ensure timely departures.
  • Monitor gate areas and assist with boarding and disembarkation.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment on the ramp and at the gate.
