Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Management and Program Analyst to join our team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be instrumental in evaluating the effectiveness of programs, policies, and operational processes across various departments. You will conduct comprehensive studies, analyze data, and develop recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational performance. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, an ability to communicate complex information clearly, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement within a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing programs, projects, and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement robust methodologies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management, outlining findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor the progress of implemented programs and initiatives, evaluating their impact and making necessary adjustments.
• Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development of new programs and policies, providing analytical support and strategic insights.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in management analysis and program evaluation.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in management analysis, program evaluation, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
